Simply choose your desired frame or binder album style, select your bottle tier, and place your order. We handle the rest, sending you an all-inclusive shipping kit to safely send your bottles to us.

What’s included in the shipping kit?

Your custom shipping kit includes a sturdy protective shipping box, specially designed pulp inserts, clear preparation instructions, branded sealing tape, and a prepaid return shipping label.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, our prices are fully inclusive—covering your shipping kit, return shipping, professional label removal, archival preservation, and your chosen framing or binder album.

How long does the entire process take?

Typically, from ordering to receiving your finished keepsake, the process takes about 3–4 weeks, depending on shipping distances and complexity of the preservation.

Label Removal & Preservation

Can any label be removed from a wine bottle?

We have a very high success rate, but occasionally labels can be damaged during removal, especially very old or fragile labels. We carefully inspect each label upon arrival and send you a condition report before proceeding.

What happens if a label gets damaged?

We’ll immediately notify you if we foresee any risks to your labels. If damage occurs during removal, we will discuss options with you, including possible alternative presentations or adjustments.

Are labels preserved using archival materials?

Absolutely. Every label is preserved using museum-quality archival methods—acid-free, UV-protective materials—to ensure longevity and beauty.

Framing & Presentation

Can I choose my own framing style?

Yes, we offer multiple frame sizes, materials (metal and wood), and colors for wood frames, allowing you to perfectly match your décor.

What if I prefer a binder album rather than framing?

We offer premium archival binder albums designed for wine label collectors. These albums let you continually expand and personalize your wine label collection over time.

Can you accommodate special requests or custom arrangements?

How should I care for my framed labels or album?

To maintain their archival quality, keep framed labels or binder albums out of direct sunlight and avoid exposure to moisture or humidity. Regular gentle dusting is sufficient to preserve their appearance.
